- Electrical failure: Disruption in electrical components causing issues like power surges, short circuits, or incorrect voltage distribution, leading to malfunction
- Drops, Spills, and Accidents: Unexpected accidents or mishaps leading to physical damage or malfunction

Please note: The Protection Plan is a value-added service offered by Seel. You need to add the Protection Plan to a specific product. Please don't purchase it as a stand-alone item.
Separately Purchased Parts
Separately purchased parts are covered by a 30-day quality warranty.
If a separately purchased part develops a quality issue within 30 days of delivery, and the issue is confirmed to be a product quality defect, we will provide a free replacement or return.
Issues caused by personal reasons, such as selecting the wrong part size, model, or specifications, or purchasing a part that is incompatible with your product, are not considered quality issues and are not covered by our after-sales service. Any costs associated with the return, replacement, or repurchase of such parts will be the customer's responsibility.
