SKRT Product Warranty & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day limited warranty.

  • 30-Day Returns: You may return your order for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • 90-Day Warranty: We cover manufacturing defects on parts for 90 days from the date of delivery. During this period, we will repair or replace defective parts free of charge.

SKRT Product Return and Exchange Policy

Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days to arrange for a replacement or repair. There is no charge for exchanges or returns in these cases.

Non-Quality Issues: For returns due to non-quality issues, customers are responsible for 20% of the order total as a shipping fee, and the return period is 30 days.

Wrong Item: If the item you received does not match what you ordered, please notify us immediately.

 

Return Process:

-To return an item, please e-mail our dedicated customer service team at support@skrtmobility.com. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos of the item.

– Our customer service team will review your request and provide further assistance. If necessary, we will send you a return label via e-mail.

 

Refund Process: Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3-5 business days. Please note that the refund arrival time depends on your payment bank.

 

Order Cancellation: If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it and receive a full refund. Once the product has shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order and your standard return policy will apply.
