At SKRT Mobility, we want to ensure you receive your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping and Taxes Policy describes our shipping and delivery process, as well as our tax collection practices.
1. Shipping & Processing Time
Most orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday – Friday) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within 2-4 business days from the date of order placement.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For security reasons, first-time orders or orders shipped to a new address may take additional time for verification. We reserve the right to ship orders in multiple packages when necessary.
Due to the large size of our heavy-duty scooters (XW-E01 / E02 / E05), they are shipped via truck delivery. As a result, please note that the delivery time may be extended by an additional 2-4 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure your scooter arrives safely and in perfect condition.
2. Shipping Options and Charges
We offer standard delivery and Free Shipping, so you don't need to pay for shipping.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online. You will also receive email updates on the status of your order and estimated delivery date.
4. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only deliver to the continental United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future!
6. Taxes
We automatically calculate and collect applicable sales tax based on the shipping address you provide. Taxes will appear separately on your invoice and at checkout. The exact rate depends on your location and current state & local tax regulations.
7. Risk of Logistics Loss
If you receive damaged or defective goods, you can contact us and we will compensate or replace them depending on the circumstances.
