Separately Purchased Parts

Separately purchased parts are covered by a 30-day quality warranty.

If a separately purchased part develops a quality issue within 30 days of delivery, and the issue is confirmed to be a product quality defect, we will provide a free replacement or return.

Issues caused by personal reasons, such as selecting the wrong part size, model, or specifications, or purchasing a part that is incompatible with your product, are not considered quality issues and are not covered by our after-sales service. Any costs associated with the return, replacement, or repurchase of such parts will be the customer's responsibility.
