I placed my order for this 4-wheel scooter with very low expectations, since I could only rely on the pictures to judge whether it was the right type for me. After ordering, customer service gave me a call and explained that this would be delivered by LTL freight — straight to my doorstep. They also informed me that if I lived upstairs, it would be impossible to carry it up due to its weight. I decided to park it in my garage instead.
