All SKRT Daily Mobility Scooters come with a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. You're welcome to return the product within this period
From 30 to 90 days, we highly recommend contacting us for free replacement parts if you experience any issues or have lost items like keys, chargers, or mirrors.
In most cases, it’s faster and easier to replace what you need than to return the entire scooter.
All Heavy Duty mobility scooters ship fully assembled and ready to use. Please note: these models are heavier and non-foldable, ideal for ground-floor homes or locations with easy access, such as a garage or front entryway.
If you live in a multi-story building without an elevator, please arrange assistance for moving the unit upstairs, as our scooters are not designed for easy lifting.
Due to the high shipping cost, we do not offer free returns. Used returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and buyers are responsible for return shipping.
